Parent coaching and homeschool support
One doable step at a time. You don’t need to change everything at once.
As a certified Simplicity Parenting Family Life Coach, a Waldorf teacher of three decades, and a mother of four, one of my greatest joys is supporting mothers of young children.
Parenting is the hardest job you’ll ever love—and some of the most important work you will ever do. You don’t need to change everything at once. Together, we begin with one doable step at a time, creating meaningful and sustainable changes for you and your family.
Book a 15 minute curiosity call with KristinWho is this for?
Mothers of young children.
And if we are homeschooling?
What do I put in the day? How do I create a weekly rhythm? How do I meet the needs of the two-year-old and the six-year-old in the same household?
How does it start?
We start with a fifteen-minute curiosity call where I can see how best to support your needs.
“Parenting young children may be the hardest job you’ll ever love. And you don’t have to do it alone.”
One hour at a time
The three pillars of our work
Accountability
Gentle, consistent support to help you follow through with the small, doable steps you choose.
Inner Work
Space to explore your own needs, patterns, and experiences so you can meet yourself—and your child—with greater awareness and compassion.
Empathic Listening
Time to share what is currently unfolding in your life and family and to feel truly heard, understood, and supported.
Three ways to work together
Six-Week Parent Coaching Journey
We will meet for one hour each week for six weeks. Our work will focus on family rhythm, maternal self-care, and creating the family culture you long for.
Each week, we will explore what is currently happening in your home, identify what needs your attention most, and choose one realistic step to work with.
Individual Parent Coaching Session
A one-hour session focused on a current challenge, question, or area where you would like support and guidance.
Three-Hour Home Visit and Follow-Up Plan
A home visit gives me the opportunity to see your family dynamic for myself and to better understand the individual ages and developmental stages of your children. By observing your family’s rhythm, relationships, and home environment, I can offer more personalized and practical support.
Following the visit, you will receive an individualized plan with gentle, realistic next steps designed to bring greater ease, connection, and harmony to your family life.
After completing the six-week journey or a home visit, additional one-hour follow-up sessions may be scheduled as needed.
Mama to Mama helps make parent coaching, classes, and supportive experiences at Heartsong Studio accessible to families who may not otherwise be able to participate.
